When an appointment is made for you, our facilities and personnel are reserved for you. Broken appointments are costly to the patients and to ourselves. We realize, however that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if such a cancellation is necessary so that someone else may use that appointment time. Failure to keep scheduled appointments without at least 24 hours notice can result in the loss of appointment privileges and a substantial charge. We will do our best to run on schedule, and we usually do; however, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs. New patients are welcome; and referrals are definitely appreciated! Please bring an accurate list of medications you may be taking to avoid delays. If your medical history is extensive, we will be happy to send you a medical history form so you may fill it out in advance of your appointment. Consultation by phone is often needed prior to actual dental work.
